This session would suit attractions which run with limited staff or a large promotion of volunteers. It will run through the principals of the National Curriculum, how it works and how it is implemented in schools. It will then show the group how to choose appropriate workshop objectives, create activities to achieve the objective and develop differential opportunities to appeal to different age groups.

This session will help attractions see the value of their collections. They see with fresh eyes what is around them and how it could be used to increase the education provision of the attraction they work or volunteer for. From picture sources to documents and artefacts reimagine your museum planning to include the resources around you.
