The Tudors

The Tudors

Investigate the people, power and everyday life of Tudor England

From a new dynasty fighting to secure the throne to the lives of ordinary people across England, the Tudor period was shaped by power, ambition and enormous social change.

Rather than simply meeting the famous names of the period, pupils will investigate the evidence for themselves. Through artefacts, historical sources, games and practical activities, they will explore how the Tudors gained power, what everyday life was really like and how historians reconstruct their world.
